Purchases not eligible for next day delivery

All other purchases that are not eligible for next day delivery will be arranged with a suitable carrier and shipping details will be communicated by one of the sales staff.

However, on rare occasions, it is possible that ultrasonic cleaners may not meet the expectations of our customers. Please have to hand your model and serial number together with information on the problem prior to contacting us. The serial number of your Ultrawave ultrasonic equipment can be found on a label on the back of the machine.
